Data Center Technical Support Specialist, Staff - (Lewisville, TX)

What does a great Data Center Technical Support do? This Senior technical lead role will provide advanced level technical leadership and support in Fiserv’s Mission Critical Data Centers. In this role you will be expected to improve DC Ops customer facing support model across the enterprise by providing strategic direction and performing tactical implementation of IT solutions in accordance to Fiserv DC Ops program standards. This role will also provide value by composing documentation and regular process updates based on Manager and Director feedback. You will have knowledge of Data Center best practices and procedures. Expertise to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Expertise to provide support in resolving layer one IT hardware issues. Collaborative outlook and skilled in working within a collaborative environment. Expertise to interpret technical needs and provide thorough and complete support.
