Position description Frier Levitt, LLC, a growing national boutique Healthcare and Life Sciences Law Firm with offices in Morris County, NJ and Uniondale, NY, seeks an experienced full time Attorney to work in our Life Sciences Department. Description: The Attorney will be responsible for: Handling an array of health insurance and managed care related issues on behalf of pharmacy & Healthcare clients, including defending pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) and insurance audits, investigations and network terminations Handling an interesting and diverse docket of pharmacy and life sciences regulatory issues Assessing operational structure and processes of pharmacies and health care/life sciences companies, and drafting policies and standard operating procedures, including assisting in the formation of effective compliance programs Analyzing and structuring arrangements among Life Sciences stakeholders, including contracts between pharmacies and pharmaceutical manufacturers, contracts involving hubs
