Retail Marketing Coordinator - (Waterloo, WI)
Description Summary The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for a variety of logistics required to make the TCRM program a success, including (but not limited to) account management, billing, reporting and data accuracy reviews. This person will also assist with other retail marketing efforts when needed, including marketing programs, events and campaigns. Trek Connect Retail Marketing (TCRM) is a marketing program that Trek offers to all its retailers, both independent bike retailers and direct owned Trek stores. Trek designs and implements marketing deliverables (email, POP, print catalogs, etc.) on behalf of the local retailer. The program is currently up and running in the U.S., Canada, UK, Australia and Germany. Plans are underway to launch the program in other global markets. Responsibilities Oversees and administers customer billing for the various program offerings of the TCRM program Ensures customer details is complete and updated (e.g., store logos, web urls, contact details)
