Marketing Director Leads all sales, marketing & public relations initiatives and Y brand compliance for the Association. YMCA Northwestern Connecticut YMCA Location Torrington, CT Job details Develops marketing plans for each branch of the Associations and ensures implementation of all phases- corporate sales, fundraising events, promotional publications, member communication, public relations. Leads Association efforts in digital communication through website & social media. Creates art & graphics for promotional and educational publications and merchandise which comply with YMCA Branding standards. Directs public relation efforts generating awareness of Y programs and sustaining a positive image in the community. Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Graphic Arts or Business and have extensive background in desktop publishing. Demonstrated skills & background working with adults, member relations, sales & customer service management, marketing with good skills in writing and photography.
