Division Counsel & Head US/PR Brand Legal (Gurnee,IL) - (Gurnee, IL)

The Division Counsel, Head of Brand Legal is responsible for leading a team of attorneys focused on developing legal strategy and guidelines for our U.S. marketed and pipeline products as well as coordinating on our U.S. Managed Care strategy. The role includes 3 main components: Lead our Brand Legal team which focuses primarily on the anti-kickback statute, false claims act and advertising and promotional regulations; Lead our policy attorney who is accountable for assessing and developing strategy on various policy-related issues impact our US business (e.g., DTC revisions, Part B and D reform); and Coordinating with our Managed Care Legal team which handles market access-related issues, including rebate strategy and contracting, specialty pharmacy agreements, and US government price reporting qualifications. Key Assignments include:
