Infusion Nurse Specialist - Infusion Center (Per diem-Days/Evenings) - (Davis, CA)

Position description: The Infusion Nurse Specialist has primary accountability for patient outcomes. As leader of the patient care team, the Infusion Nurse Specialist delegates, supervises, and participates in patient care delivery. The Infusion Nurse Specialist coordinates care across all disciplines, in collaboration with the medical staff. This position serves as a resource person for hospital personnel, patients and their families, and all other related entities in all aspects of Infusion Therapy. Requirements: Education: Graduate of a school of nursing. Current California RN license. BSN preferred. ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Card required CRNI (Certified Registered Nurse Intravenous) and / or OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) preferred.
