Requirements Master of Business Administration or Health Care Administration preferred 810 yrs managerial experience with full profit and loss responsibility for health care provider five years management in Post Acute care business with revenues of at least $40M Demonstrated expertise to achieve business growth and improve bottom line financial performance Demonstrated expertise to expand service offerings and improve quality Demonstrated expertise to lead and develop other leaders Strong organizational, analytical, and judgment skills Strong interpersonal and communication expertise internal and external customer Expertise to travel between AHHS locations (HQ, branch sites, etc.) Expertise to assist and guide branch managers with developing, implementing and monitoring own site business plans and budgets Good knowledge of the Home Home Health reimbursement/regulatory environment including Medicaid and both Medicare A and B.
