Guardianship Assistance Program (GAP) Supervisor - (Melbourne, FL)

Position overview: The GAP Supervisor is responsible for the review and attestations of level one home studies for relatives and non-relatives in the Guardianship Assistance Program. This position will ensure timely and thorough completion in accordance with Florida Administrative Code. This position also assists in Parent Pre-Service Training (PRIDE) and other training opportunities. The GAP Supervisor provides support in the resolution of all incident reports, referrals, and licensing concerns to existing Level one foster homes. This position manages a team of GAP Specialists and will support and serve as backup for the Relicensing Supervisor. This position will participate in the on-call rotation for placement in the 2nd tier.
