Overview Alban CAT, the Caterpillar dealer for the mid-Atlantic Region is accepting applications for Rental Sales Associate for our Dulles branch. Responsibilities The Rental Sales Associate is responsible for generating income by coordinating all rental sales activities at the service branch. Coordinate delivery and pickup of equipment, and ensure proper display of rental equipment in the yard. Work with lead technicians and shop supervisors to schedule prep and service work to rental equipment. Process, receive, and track approved orders for rental machines and allied equipment. Coordinate with appropriate departments outlining any special terms, estimated date of shipment and ensure all necessary approvals and signatures are received prior to releasing the equipment. Conduct cash, credit rental sales transactions.
