Training Coordinater - (Austin, TX)

Informatica University is looking for a Training Coordinator to support 1 of our software clients. The role will be focused on supporting the training division by helping with various activities that lead to an outstanding customer background. The person will handle customer support duties in the Learning Management System, pull and analyze reports to help customers utilize and adopt training that has been purchased, and engage with customers in various ways such as phone calls, email, and community forums. This role will be based in Bangalore, India. Job duties: Consult with customers on getting the most value on their training purchases Support class scheduling and logistics (ordering printed materials, communication with instructors, students etc) Support sales team needs, and student registration/transactions Support customers when issues arise
