Responsibilities We're seeking a Membership Consultant to join our team. The main responsibilities of a Membership Consultant are to: Generate leads and new membership sales Create awareness of the Center through community outreach and connectivity Grow profit centers through promotion of club services to new and prospective members Deliver an exceptional customer service background for club members Sustain and support membership retention through member engagement Provide needs analysis and personalized / customized site tours for potential members Other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum requirements: Min of two years of sales/membership background and demonstration of meeting and exceeding goals Preferred Requirements: Dynamic personality: Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly & personable Expertise to multi-task; Goal-oriented and self-directed Expertise to connect with, inspire and motivate others with strong listening and people skills Strong verbal and written correspondence abilities
