Job description: Fitness Advisor's are fitness enthusiasts who are front line business drivers and brand ambassadors in their communities. Advisors promote the In-Shape brand by engaging and motivating club guests and prospective members to join the club, use the club and stay a member. Fitness Advisors foster and promote a consultative, interactive sales process through a passion for fitness and competitive drive to succeed. Duties and Responsibilities: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion rates and new member retention goals through enthusiastic outreach Customize the "Join Experience" by encouraging involvement with our people, programs and places to align with the unique needs, interests and goals of each prospective member Recruit new members through service generated referrals Accurately and effectively utilize the In-Shape sales system (Sales Force) to prospect and enroll new members Provide excellent member service by promptly and accurately completing requested Member Service Requests
