The Naval Surface Warfare Division (NSWD) provides technical support services to the Chief Info Officer for the Navy s Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPT&E) enterprise in the following areas: CIO Strategic Support, Data and Info Management, Engineering Support, IT System Support, Network Support, Info Assurance (IA)/Cyber Security, Enterprise Business Intelligence (BI)/Enterprise Business Analytics, Software Analysis, Hardware Maintenance and Development and Business Process Re-engineering. Support encompasses all aspects of N16 CIO and Details Management/Details Technology (IM/IT) Requirements at the Echelon I level, as well as at the Echelon II/III level at BUPERS/Navy Personnel Command; Commander, Navy Recruiting Command (CNRC); and the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC). Requirements four years of relevant work background in IT supply/logistics, customer service, production data entry, computer operations.
