Insurance Specialist - Bilingual - (Glastonbury, CT)
2nd shift Multilingual (Spanish) Customer Service/Billing Specialist to support a growing Health Services organization in Glastonbury, CT and work with a small team of individuals in support of a highly visible account. This role involves processing medical payments, auditing, and resolving customer issues. The schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday, 11:30am - 8:00pmBasic assignments include:- Process health and dental premium payments for clients.- Process medical payments for clients- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls, at times in Spanish; responding to member inquiries.- Make outbound calls to clients, medical companies and insurance carriers to resolve issues.- Identify, research and resolve member issues.- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve member problems.- Adhere to contractual guidelines and performance guarantees
