Administrative Assistant - (Framingham, MA)

Hiring for an Administrative Assistant for a company in Framingham. Need to possess above average Excel skills. Experience in logistics, dispatch and/or automotive is considered a plus but not required. Pay : $16/hr Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm Qualifications / Experience : Strong technical skills/ Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel & Outlook a must) Presentable/professional Min of 1-2 yrs experience in Administrative setting Someone that can handle difficult customers Superior verbal and written communications skills Need to have strong communication abilities Someone that can work unaided Friendly personality Reliable High-school certificate or GED required 1-2 yrs of Administrative experience Strong MS Excel skills (will be tested)
