Job Role Summary 13; Technical resource for refinery responsible for supporting safe and efficient daily unit operations. This position will be located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. 13; Job Role Responsibilities 13; :Unit performance monitoring; unit optimization :Troubleshoots daily unit performance problems; leads resolution of technical issues :Unit Loss monitoring :Environmental issues : release quantification :Unit Interface for cross:unit technical troubleshooting :Optimizing within allowed operating window assessment for run plan signals, plant tests, catalyst systems, feedstock changes, etc. :Screen for when additional technical support required 13; Position requirements 13; :B.S. Chemical Engineering :Prior Chemical Engineering plant technical background :3:five years of relevant background 13; Preferred Requirements 13; :Identification of unit improvement ideas (energy, reliability, feedstock, etc) :Development/Implementation of small improvement projects or initiatives
