Job details 13; Coordinates setup, operation and day to day maintenance of powder coating equipment to ensure quality standards are achieved. 13; Job duties 13; :Sets controls on powder application equipment according to set procedures. :Cleans and maintains the environmental room and powder coating booth to avoid powder contamination. :Ensures best coverage of parts while working to maintain the highest line speed. :Maintains coating thickness to meet established quality standards and determines corrective actions as necessary. :Performs basic maintenance on all system equipment :Performs other duties as assigned 13; Job Skills Qualifications 13; :Basic reading skills :Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location 13; Education 13; High-school diploma 13; 13; Background Qualifications 13; 1yr of related skills 13; Physical and Environmental Qualifications 13; Some physical demand; often lifts light weight material.
