CAD Drafter-REVIT - (Columbus, OH)

Position overview Under supervision of Project Architect, performs drafting work using computer aided design (CAD) into working documents from pre-construction projects for bid to completion of each construction project. Reviews engineering drawing and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards. Must have at least 7yrs of working background in CAD work for architectural office or design-build contractor, specializing in commercial and industrial markets, and of which must have working expertise and background in REVIT, AutoCAD, and 3D Modeling. Must be familiar with a variety of the field s concepts, practices, and procedures, and relies on background and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks related CAD work, including maintaining an up-to date CAD files on company server.
