Job summary Our client is an award winning residential design firm that has been family owned and operated for over 28 yrs. They produce plans for: new custom single-family homes, major residential additions and remodeling, townhouse developments and much more. JOB DETAILS: The primary duties of the Designer are to develop complete and comprehensive construction documents based from preliminary designs, sketches, schematics, etc. with minimal supervision as it relates to the residential construction industry. The Designer will also be required to produce and organize plans for a stock plan book. Coordination of projects with structural engineers, contractors, clients, etc. will also be required.
