Customer Service Representative Greenwood Village, CO 3 mon contract $18.67/hr Responsibilities: Provides written responses to participant emails, web sitechat requests, and/or requests for custom letters. Comply with company policies regarding written communicationand privacy protection. Maintain quality standards with regard to grammar format and content. Meet productivity standards with regard to output of written correspondence. Assist new associates in their transition into the department by sharing knowledge and answering questions. Assist other areas within the department when the demand arises and workload permits. Education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent work background. Qualifications: Without a degree, 2yrs of background working with customers. Word, Ms excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, internal record keeping system, Internet Explorer and SR system background wanted. Background managing multiple priorities. Background working with people in a service environment.
