Description: Relatient is looking for a results oriented individual to join its growing team as a Customer Success manager. Relatient is a healthcare technology company that is passionate about assisting healthcare organizations with their patient outreach by automating communication that is necessary to create a more compliant, and ultimately a healthier, patient population. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for identifying appropriate enterprise and mid:market accounts based on revenue, and establishing relationships with identified accounts to promote customer retention and loyalty. This includes responsibility for monitoring platform utilization and scheduling and conducting periodic executive business reviews with account contacts, and providing feedback internally on areas of product/service dissatisfaction.
