Traveling Maintenance Manager - (Denver, CO)

Position overview Traveling Maintenance Manager Do you enjoy complex issue solving? Do you thrive under pressure? Aimco is hiring a Traveling Maintenance Manager who will support our apartment communities throughout the United States. This position will travel up to 75 of the year/3 weeks per month. Our Traveling Senior Maintenance Manager must be creative, responsive, flexible, and able to work in a fast:paced, dynamic environment. This role requires exceptional conflict resolution and strong human relations skills. Our Traveling Maintenance Manager will provide coverage and support to our communities with vacant Maintenance Manager positions. They will also provide service and managerial support to our communities with essential and time:sensitive hardships. This position will serve as the subject matter expert on all maintenance trades, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair. Required functions: Required to Travel 75 of the time.
