Overview Grocery Specialist are responsible for managing department inventory, pricing integrity, merchandising, labor, and other operational processes to workplace standards. Grocery Specialist will plan, order, and work with the Assistant Grocery Specialist and Grocery Clerks according to the production tools and standards to maximize sales and gross profit. Grocery Specialist will ensure all new Grocery associates receive proper training and tools to succeed. Additionally, the Grocery Specialist will ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise and displays. Grocery Specialist will also ensure a high-level of customer engagement and satisfaction at all times by answering customer questions regarding services and products offered.
