A Robotic Customer Service Training Specialist full-time position in Eatontown, NJ is available through Modis. The qualified applicant will lead in technically training the customer programing (PLC and Robotics), assembly, simulating (using software) and troubleshooting automated training equipment These systems and products are essential for educational automation industrial clients customers. Position requirements include, but not limited to: Programming complete PLC and HMI solutions partially complete or completed products. Responsible for the complete installation of system offsite at customers facility Use software tools used by FANUC robotics integrator to build, test, debug, and communicate info to customers. Develop customer manual, risk assessment, flowcharts and checklist for newly designed education modules Upholding strong relationship with existing accounts Travel to client sites in required and are regional. Help set-up, testing of training modules for and on production floor.
