Real Estate Finance Coordinator - (Cleveland, OH)

JOB OVERVIEW: Cleveland Development Advisors (CDA) is seeking a Real Estate Finance Coordinator to assist and monitor the collection of compliance, impact and loan reporting info of a loan portfolio. The applicant will be a part of a team of finance professionals responsible for the daily operations of CDA and will report to Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations (VP). Additionally, this position will assist CDA outreach and underwriting team. REQUIRED FUNCTIONS: Provide assistance for finance and investor and board relations including, but not limited to: Preparation and distribution of required investor financial and compliance reporting on monthly, quarterly, annual and as:needed basis Maintenance of the CDA borrower and investor contact database Monitoring and tracking of board member relations
