Medical Claims Adjuster - (Solon, OH)

Our client, a company that provides consultation and administrative services to employers in managing their employee health benefit programs, is seeking a Medical Claims Adjuster. The Claims Adjuster will be in contact with teammates, clients and providers. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond promptly to customer needs; meet commitments; solicit customer feedback Participate in meetings with clients Maintain guidelines and notes to accurately process claims (Network, Medicare, RBP and UCR) Performs duties in a HIPAA complaint manner Perform special projects at the request of management Our client is seeking an individual with 1:2 yrs of background processing medical health claims, including professional, facility, ancillary and dental. Knowledge of Microsoft office suite products required. Background using the LuminX claims platform is a plus.
