System Analyst Laboratory - (Boca Raton, FL)

Position description : Responsible for monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting Laboratory related software including upgrade testing, report writing and table maintenance. Position Expectations and Responsibilities: Extensive knowledge working in an, Details Services role supporting Laboratory, in a healthcare environment. Strong clinical background with organizational, communication and critical thinking skills. Background with Sunquest Laboratory, CoPathPlus, Crystal Reports, HL7, instrument and application interfaces; RALS is preferred. Knowledge in program management, healthcare delivery, and change management. Expertise to learn and adapt to new software applications as they are introduced to the department. Project management expertise. Proven success in the analytical support of healthcare software. Report written correspondence skills utilizing 1 of the following: SQL, Crystal, or Reportsmith. Proficient with Ms office and html or related applications.
