Compliance and Portfolio Analyst - (Cleveland, OH)

POSITION OVERVIEW: Cleveland Development Advisors (CDA) is seeking a Compliance and Portfolio Analyst to help organize and assist in the management of the CDA real estate portfolio of investment funds. The applicant will be a part of a team of finance professionals and will report to and collaborate closely with the Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations (VP). This position is responsible for assisting in a variety of asset management, portfolio management and financial reporting duties which requires basic accounting and finance concepts and practices as well as a variety of loan and investment asset management functions. KEY FUNCTIONS: Establish and maintain relationships with borrowers as part of daily loan monitoring. Loan monitoring functions include, but is not limited to: Reviewing Loan documents to ensure borrower compliance Collecting and maintaining from borrower all required loan and project compliance documents.
