Attorneys for Childrens Legal Services represent the people of the State of Florida, through DCF, advocating for the best interests of Floridas children in dependency proceedings under Chapter 39, Florida Statutes. The position necessitates a strong interest in advocating for childrens best interests, good academic credentials, strong writing expertise, good communication abilities, a strong interest in courtroom litigation, excellent critical thinking skills, the expertise to work autonomously, a positive attitude and membership in the Florida Bar.
