We are currently seeking qualified candidates for an available Assistant Plant Manager opportunity. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this position will be responsible for assisting and ensuring that all quality and production requirements are met by supervising daily operations of assigned departments, building and maintaining an effective supervisory team, and analyzing operations on a continual basis to improve costs, quality and service. The successful applicant will seek to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations while consistently meeting production needs and requirements. Responsibilities: * Assist the Plant Manager in managing the daily activities of the facility. * Take all measures to ensure distributor/customer total satisfaction.
