Work from almost anywhere remotely! Seeking organized, responsible, attentive person to book many events quickly and efficiently. Be on sight for setting up, coordinating on and off premise events as needed for Cubanitas parties as well as other Bianchini Background related events. Respond for emails and phone calls regarding reservations, event planning and on behalf of owner. Coordinate staff, deliveries, run errands. Must have restaurant background to understand. Qualifications/Responsibilities iPhone is provided for you. Must have 5 yrs of restaurant background, party planning related work. Must have computer. Computer savvy Strong communication abilities Attention to info. Personal appearance when working with clients must be professional. Must have car for small deliveries and errands. Able to carry 24 pounds, lift items. Timely to set up events, respond to messages. All software provided - work with Total Party Planner a plus. Gas money provided.
