RN, Nurse Manager - HIV/Overlay Services - (Orlando, FL)

As Nurse Manager at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of required functions regarding the daily operations of the assigned inpatient programs. These functions include - but are not limited to - providing a Therapeutic Mileu, conducting monthly staff meetings, education and in-services, monitoring staff performance and professionalism, monitoring program operations, treatment planning, documentation, implementing program changes when necessary, maintaining safety and corporate compliance, participating in the management of budgetary expenditures and effectively participating in the ongoing involvement in program growth and improvement. Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
