The primary purpose of the Info Technology Manager is to oversee, manage and lead the service management staff deliver complete, accurate and excellent service. The IT Manager will provide support services to company employees as well as serve as a point of escalation between the Service Desk Associate I (SD1), Service Desk Associate II (SD2) and Service Desk Associate III (SD3) teams on complex to extremely complex problems.
