Retail Performance Spec. - OH (Delicatessen Services Co., LLC) - (Cincinnati, OH)

Reporting directly to the National Retail Performance Director, the Retail Performance Specialist will be responsible for performing anonymous mystery shops to review retailer performance and distribution performance to ensure execution of, and compliance with, the Vision Process, and identify market standards and competitive positioning. Responsibilities: * Anonymously assess existing market conditions and make accurate and decisive recommendations for improvement. * Perform accurate reviews of retailers, analyze data, and report findings. * Provide recommendations to protect the Boar's Head Brand, advance insights into retail partner execution, distribution compliance standards, competitive products and programs, and support sales growth. * Provide feedback regarding product mix, merchandising, marketing, competition, and market conditions.
