Director, Retail Banking and Consumer Lending - (Versailles, KY)

FUNCTION OF POSITION : Responsible and accountable for operating, directing and administering, through subordinate personnel, the financial institution’s retail branch system to achieve growth, profit and customer service objectives via the development and sale of deposit products, consumer lending and real estate lending. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Maintains overall responsibility for all aspects of the financial institution’s retail network, including the implementation of strategies and establishment of goals to achieve growth, profit, operational efficiency and customer service objectives. Ensures adequate retail policies and procedures are in place to protect bank assets. Administers the retail function including deposits, consumer lending and residential lending. Oversee the collection of loans to minimize past dues and bank losses. Administers the secondary market function and coordinates training.
