Key functions :Collects and enters demographic, inpatient, and follow:up data and questionnaires. Updates and maintains demographic database. :Conducts follow up contacts to collect data for assigned studies. :Participates in study contact calls. :Calls caregivers and subjects to obtain missing info on questionnaires.
