Our client, a nationwide healthplacn is seeking an background Claims Specialist to join their growing team! Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality and department standards; identifying operational problems and identifying work process improvements. Assists with monitoring departmental issues identified as a result of audits and Corrective Action Plans. Ensures compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices and documentation; recommending opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure. Communicates audit progress and findings by preparing reports; providing details and reporting them to the Supervisor responsible for the oversight of Audits.
