Premier Agendas, a division of School Specialty, is now hiring seasonal associates. Join Premier Agendas Art Prep department as a Production Specialist and experience the fast-paced world of publishing! As a seasonal associate, you will work together with our Art Prep Specialists and Supervisor to process client-submitted artwork to create a print-ready production PDF. We have rigid internal standards, so attention to detail is a must! Teams within the Art Prep department are as follows. If you are interested in a particular team, please be sure to let us know! Artwork Receiving: Position works in a custom database, entering artwork instructions for artwork teams to process. Applicant is comfortable working on a Windows platform and is familiar with data entry. Handbook Processing/Typesetting: Position formats client-submitted handbook/text artwork for print. Applicant is comfortable on a Macintosh platform, experienced in Ms word, and has a passion for Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
