Perfect candidate will have background working with the FIERY WORKSPACE DATABASE to organize and process print jobs. This applicant will have a strong attention to detail as this position entails scanning hard copy documents into PDF files and putting them in the appropriate folders. Additional responsibilities may also include working with files that have been emailed from customer for print jobs. Applicant will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of print job with the customer and contacting the customer to address any concerns. Applicant will be responsible for opening the file, completing the print job, and ensuring the highest quality. Must be able to be on feet throughout most of the day. This is a customer facing position in the print services department within a large client building in Schaumburg.
