Drafter - (Inwood, NY)

Position summary We are currently seeking a motivated individual for Drafting positions. This individual must be highly skilled and proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit and have one plus years of architectural drafting background. Knowledge in retail or restaurant architecture is preferred. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Consult technical handbooks and guidelines and assist in landlord research and code compliance's. Assist in the development of floor plans Assist with the completion of drawings red-lined by Project Managers, and Assistant Manager Occasionally assist with carrying out site surveys on a need basis Follow instructions of managers accurately with efficiency Utilize AutoCAD and other programs to develop lay out and diagrams with attention to specification info Create drawings for industry specific projects based on preliminary sketches, concepts and data Requirements:
