Associate Director, Global Learning - Oncology (Oswego,IL) - (Oswego, IL)

This role will be responsible for leading the creation, implementation, and overall strategy for the entire Learning strategy for GMCO's Oncology portfolio (pipeline and on-market). Will serve as strategic and value-adding partner to the Oncology franchises GBTs, IBTs, and other required functions. Demonstrate ability in performance optimization, capability building and change management, providing high impact, best practice, integrated learning interventions which enable AbbVie to be ahead of the curve. A critical learning partner to the Global Oncology franchise ensuring the Brand Strategy and the overall tactics are translated into unique learning experiences.
