Physician Billing Training Manager - Irving, TX - (Irving, TX)

The Delivery Manager is responsible for leading a team of up to sixteen trainers who deliver training programs for Optum360 staff and clients. The manager will have a functional specialty and business relationship responsibility. The manager will run the day to day operations for the client group/functional area. Main responsibilities: Relationship leader for assigned client/s Lead functional area of training delivery Conduct trainer observations Conduct monthly 1:1s with staff Conduct business partner updates Collaborate with Quality and Knowledge Management groups to close gaps in performance Coach and develop staff to enhance facilitation and leadership skills Conduct Annual review process for staff Maintain travel budget Implement delivery strategy Identify process improvements Approve and consult on design projects Deliver Leadership Development courses for optum360 operations staff as needed Maintain knowledge of current and planned technology capabilities in the business Maintain awareness of a
