Senior Network Engineer - (Brentwood, TN)

Responsibilities : Provides implementation and operational support for network, firewall and telecommunications infrastructure. Participates in IT projects as required and manages IT projects involving the network / telecom environment. Assists with data/voice network and upcoming network projects. Generates and maintains infrastructure support documentation. Performs hardware installation, maintenance and upgrades coordinating with staff and vendors according to Change Control process. Responsible for timely resolution of issues. Minimum experience : Extensive background with the design, configuration and deployment of voice and data networks including LAN, MAN, WAN, VOIP, Cisco routers, Cisco switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, proxy, and other network infrastructure devices. Background with IP-based phone system / voicemail management and support. Background with the implementation and support of wireless LAN and WAN technologies.
