Citrix Engineer We are working with a global Technology reseller looking for a Citrix Engineer to join their team here in the Chicagoland area. They need someone who is a strong troubleshooter and has the expertise to interact with business users and across other technology teams. Our client is open to a direct hire or contract to hire so no 3rd Parties, please. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 5+ years of relevant, hands-on experience supporting a Citrix environment, Windows Server 2008(R2) and Windows 2012 in an Enterprise Environment Expertise to collaborate and work with teammates in and out of the Citrix environment spanning multiple geographic sites and various lines of technology platforms Experience in administrating a highly available multi-platform/site Citrix environment Excellent troubleshooting skills with a scientific approach to problem investigation and resolution Passion for providing outstanding support for inbound incident tickets
