Production Supervisor I Responsibilities Production Supervisor I Gainesville 1 The Production Supervisor is responsible for training and directing hourly employees in a safe productive manner, ensuring quality product is produced, and delivery of product to the customer on time. Maintains planned productivity levels, and meets operational and quality targets. Job assignments: Maintaining a culture where safety is the top most priority. This includes maintaining proper housekeeping, enforcing safety policies and procedures, managing and reporting safety injuries, and resolving safety issues as they arise. Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
