Director of Operations is a crucial part of our business, they are in an influential position to leverage their background and role to drive success, change, and positive growth in the team and in the organization. The Director of Operations will be responsible for managing the day to day operations, the Team, and optimizing our systems and processes along with implementing any and all new strategies. Real Estate background is a bonus but not required. The job requires considerable self-confidence and vision. You will work side by side with the CEO to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the business by performing the functions outlined below. You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the well being of our company’s organizational health with a shared vision to grow the company with the CEO.
