Position title: Picker/Packer Location: Valley City, OH Division: Nesco Resource Light Industrial Duties/Responsibilities Background in Pick and Pack Fulfillment, Shipping and/or Receiving Organize work to accurately and efficiently meet daily order fulfillment targets. Communicate changes and deviations from the daily fulfillment targets and inventory shortages to Customer Service promptly. Fulfill productivity and quality standards. Procedures for Pick and Pack Fulfillment, Cycle Counting, Physical Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, Product Packaging, etc are accurate, effective, and are being followed. Pay and Shift information first Shift: 6AM-2PM Monday-Friday $11.50/hr. second Shift: 2PM-10PM Monday-Firiday $12.50/hr. third Shift: 10PM-6AM Monday-Friday $12.50/hr. Skills/Requirements Knowledge or automated or computerized system operation. Knowledge of record keeping practices. Knowledge of safety practices. Skill in lifting heavy packages and objects.
