Medical Director Opportunity for an Internal Medicine Residency Practice Medical Director Responsibilities: 1. Residents? education Medical Director will work with Department of Medicine Chairperson and the residency program director(s) towards the benefit of the Internal Medicine Residency program: Oversees outpatient residents? background Oversees and monitor the development of residents? schedules in CMA out-patient office Ensure that RRC rules regarding residents? duty hours are adhered to Ensure that precepting ratios and residents? educational background follow RRC rules and guidelines Work with residency program director(s) to address concerns regarding residents? background in CMA The Medical Director will have two resident precepting sessions weekly The Medical Director will provide to the Clinical Competency committee with residents? dashboard evaluation 2. Work with the practice manager to oversee the operations of the CMA practice
