RETAIL IMPLEMENTATION ADMINISTRATOR - WINSTON-SALEM, NC - 27101 The Select Group has a client located in Winston-Salem, NC who is in the immediate need of a customer support representative to assist in the implementation of a new retail technology platform. This individual will be making outbound calls to existing customers and answering inbound ongoing support calls from existing customers. The ideal candidate will have background working in a call center environment with high inbound/outbound phone call background.
