Must have Bachelor's in Computer Science or Engineering and five-year's post-degree relevant background or equivalent education and background, and proficiency in at least 1 of the following: Java, C++, C#, C. Also requires proficiency in 2 operating systems; 2 database technologies; a build system; an IDE and framework; and a design and analysis tool.
